MFD extinguishes car fire at LIRR
Volunteers quickly care for car fire.
Merrick firefighters were summoned to a fire that engulfed a car in the parking lot of the Merrick LIRR station today (Wednesday, January 4) shortly after noon. The fire was quickly extinguished, avoiding any damage to other cars parked nearby. Photos by Paul J. DeMaria/MFD.
