Holiday lights make Wantagh's season bright
The Wantagh Chamber of Commerce held its annual Holiday Lighting ceremony on Sunday at Triangle Park.
As the park’s Menorah and Christmas tree were illuminated, the community was entertained by the Wantagh High School Vocal Jazz Ensemble while children were delighted with a visit from Santa (County Legislator Dennis Dunne), and Mrs. Claus (Environmental Landcaping & Design’s Linda Swanson) and the Spotlight Studio Dancers. Cub Scout Pack 691 lent a hand, while the Wantagh Kiwanis served snack and drinks.
