BHS students participate in the Great American Smokeout.
Baldwin High School participated again this year in the national Great American Smokeout on November 17. Information tables were set up in the Commons with pamphlets and handouts about smoking. Students could sign up to “Adopt a Smoker,” play “Smoker’s Roulette,” and guess the “Cigarette Calculator.” This is the 36th Great American Smokeout, whose mission is to help smokers quit tobacco use, which is the single largest preventable disease and cause of premature death in the United States
