Special fundraiser held at training center benefits local groups.

Cruisin for a Car Show

CRUISIN' FOR COMPANIONS CAR SHOW and Swap Meet was held at the Four Towns Firemen's Training Center on Merrick Road in Merrick on Saturday. The event was sponsored by Vinyl Concepts on Jerusalem Avenue in North Merrick. All proceeds will go to the Forgotten Friends of Long Island animal rescue organization and the North Merrick Fire Department. Above are Joann and Jesse Ferrara of Bellmore, Evan Greenberg, Kim Hager, Elizabeth and John Brobst, and Debbie Longo, all from Merrick, and Duane Stearns.
