Headed for retirement
The couple behind the famed MaryBill Diner get set to retire.
MaryBill Diner owners Mary and Nick Kolkos are getting set to retire. The diner has spent 60-plus years in Mary’s family, and now they are looking forward to spending more time with their family, which includes a daughter and grandchildren in Westchester. Nick is looking forward to spending some time on the golf course too, says Mary. Merrick Life is looking for your memories of the MaryBill Diner.
